As Chief of Staff, Heather keeps the firm’s strategic priorities and daily operations aligned. She oversees service delivery standards, coordinates committee meeting preparation, and builds the internal processes that let the team serve plan sponsors consistently as the firm grows. Her background in team leadership, event execution, and hospital patient support shaped a service mindset built for high-stakes, detail-heavy work. Outside the office, Heather paints watercolors and is passionate about developing curriculum and mentoring emerging leaders.
Hannah supports the firm’s Relationship Managers and keeps plan sponsor records audit-ready. She maintains client vaults and file systems, coordinates plan documents, tracks open client items, and gathers the data behind quarterly committee meetings. Her work is why the team can answer a sponsor’s question quickly and produce documentation the moment an auditor asks. Outside work she gardens, keeps five beehives, and is learning new sports alongside her children.
Andrea manages ongoing relationships with plan sponsors and leads the firm’s participant budget coaching. She guides employees through budgeting, debt reduction, and long-term financial decisions, helping sponsors turn financial wellness into something their people actually use. She previously coordinated Financial Peace University groups and led teams as a fitness floor director, where she built the systems behind client engagement. Outside work, Andrea supports her children’s sports and music and stays active through yoga and walking.
Jessie manages day-to-day service for plan sponsors, coordinating quarterly reviews, fielding questions from HR and finance contacts, and keeping plan documentation current. She came to retirement services from healthcare and consultative sales, where she built a habit of explaining complicated things plainly and following through without being chased. That combination of patience with detail and ease with people is what sponsors notice first. Outside work, Jessie enjoys reading, gardening, and traveling.
As Marketing Manager, Abbey shapes how the firm tells its story. She leads content across social, video, and written channels, translating retirement plan concepts into language plan sponsors and participants can actually use, and keeps the firm’s brand consistent across proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials. Her background spans social media, photography, research, and creative writing. Outside work, Abbey enjoys public speaking and advocacy, team sports, and connecting with people.
